1. Learn to quilt. 2. Visit a new country. 3. Do 5 real pull ups in a row. 4. Complete a 5K. 5. Volunteer. 6. Take a class (cooking, sewing, cardmaking, guitar) 7. Have a movie marathon with the young un. 8. Lose 10 pounds. 9. Try 10 new recipes. 10. Make friends with my sewing machine. 11. Hang curtains in the bedroom. 12. Finish vacation scrapbook. 13. Go to a Saints game. 14. Learn photoshop. 15. Beat the young un at guitar hero. 16. Make a placemat bag. 17. Go water skiing. 18. Go snow skiing. 19. Write a thank you note. 20. Make a shirt. 21. Get a booth at a craft fair. 22. Organize the boxes of photos in my closet. 23. Throw a party. (Christmas Party & Baby Shower) 24. Milk a cow. 25. Make sand angels. 26. Meet one bloggy friend. 27. Go to ACL. 28. Get a bike. 29. Bake for someone "just because". 30. Watch the entire 24 series. 31. Get a tattoo. 32. Take a trip with the young un. 33. Ride a rollercoaster.
I'm fairly sure I wasn't prepared for back to school, and finishing my first five day work week I've noticed that nothing else was accomplished this week. And the to-do lists at work? They multiply overnight.
Best of luck in your new position. I know you will rise to the challenge, because to one who has had five consecutive years teaching middle school, no challenge is too great!
