Wife,Mother,Teacher, Crafter. Love pool time, Crossfit, Saints football, cupcakes, a good book, Diet Coke, spellcheck, live music, Buffalo Wild Wings and the library... but not always in that order.
This kitchen makeover is taking every bit of "do it yourself-ness" that I've got. And my help keeps getting distracted by bugs and shiny things and the Disney channel. I don't know if this is ever going to be finished!
kitchens are hard...there aren't the same amount of flat surfaces that there are in a regular room and the amount of minutia painting can kill you. good luck.
Your helpers sound like mine. Hope you've gotten more done in the last few days. Those jobs are so stressful (especially when your kitchen is torn apart and you're stuck eating take-out which eventually costs twice the original estimate when you have to buy new *bigger* clothes and pay for all the extra food... but I wouldn't know anything about that).

Hang tight! I did this a few summers back, and it gets hard, but it's TOTALLY worth it! I promise!

Every little makeover gets stuck like that. I remember eating microwave pizza pops for seventeen meals straight once! Good luck and keep us posted.
Keep going!! You can do it! I can't wait to see it finished! I'm sure you can't wait either. :)
I can not tell you how extrememly excited I am to see the kitchen redo! I want to paint my cabinets, maybe you'll help me convince my hubby!
Thing BIG picture! LOL
Oops! Spell check! I mean THINK!

I can hardly wait to see the finished room!
