Epic Challenge Finals, bring it on!
Remember this butt-kicking? Well, today marks six weeks since my first excruciating round. Which means it's time to do it again and see how much I improved.
Also on the agenda for today: an 8 A.M. baseball game that requires us to be at the ballpark by 7:15 for a proper warm up, and plenty of "recovery" time.

Spent my weekend cleaning because it's been so long since I've done that. And the pool is still empty. And Nikki has to be toted from job to job. And...and...and.
