Who can get whooping cough? Me!
Um, yeah, that whooping cough. The one everyone used to get vaccinated for until it was linked to higher risk of autism. The one that leaves me gasping for breath and on the verge of throwing up. The one that's highly contagious. The one now making the rounds in my school district (40 reported cases this year). I'm requesting hazard pay.

Six words: I hope you get well soon.
We joke at our house, "I don't know why you chose to get sick in the Spring/when you have that field trip/project/[etc.]"
I don't know why you picked Whooping Cough. It sounds dreadful, and rather old-fashioned.
Nothing trendy sounded interesting?
Rest & fluids.
An inhaler would be a bonus. (Six words!)
my neighbor kid had it...I was so scared the kids would get it that I told the kid that my kids were grounded....for a long time. I felt bad, but glad I did, lo was only 1 then and I don't think I could have handled it. Have a great saturday though. Hope you start to get over it soon.
No fun at all! Take care and I hope your family doesn't get it.
Eww - I hope you get better soon!!
Oh dear! I hope you can shake it quickly and feel better soon.
So sorry! I didn't not even know that they don't give that vac anymore due to possible autism link. How long are you expected to be affected?
Didn't know that adults caught this! Feel real better soon, okie dokie?
get well soon!
I've had whooping cough in the past couple of years. Not a good time! Hope you feel better and thanks for playing.
Oh no!!!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!!! VERY soon!
I know that vaccine wears off by adolescence and adults need to be re-vaccinated. The vaccine is called the Tdap. Yeah, it is scary because even some kids that are vaccinated are still getting it. Hope you feel better very soon!
I am going to look into this vaccination....seriously! Working at a school ya need it. Sorry you have this...feel well SOON!
